About a month ago, we put our house on the market. And, in three days, we had a contract. We couldn’t believe it! Then after being off the market a bit over a week, the lender financing fell through.
That’s just how life goes, isn’t it?
So, here we are again, back on the market. If you know someone who wants to live in Central Phoenix with a great community of neighbors, this may be just the place for them. We’ve been here 12 years and if we hadn’t simply outgrown it with the birth of our last baby, we’d probably stay.
There are mountain views from the upstairs master bedroom window and the space is open with large rooms and big windows. That is a personal requirement for me.
One more thing – All utilities are included (fixed utilities – YES!). Who doesn’t like that? The HOA is professionally managed but driven by the owners and isn’t oppressive.

Welcome. We’re tucked into the center of this small property in the heart of Central Phoenix, near the Murphy Bridal Path and trail 100.
It’s a 2B 1.5b house, large living room and dining room. There’s a sweet little patio out back that has seen several versions of a garden planted by mwah.
Our kids learned to swim here.
Love our tile.
Our living room. We hid the rocking horse for the picture.
The most used room in our house.

You can actually see mountains out this window but I couldn’t take a pic of the room and the view.
This is our Eco-Timber Bamboo floor. Perfect for people with allergies or chemical sensitivities. It smelled like a forest the day it was installed!

Here’s the “fun” room. Notice I took the pic in the morning – BEFORE the toys escaped their containment.
The kids love the waterfall faucet.
